Claudio is an architect and urban planner, a development practitioner with more than 35 years of experience within housing and urban planning worldwide. He has performed within senior management positions at UN-Habitat, GIZ and EU IUC-LAC, and was coorrdinator of the United Nations Housing Rights Program. He has hands-on experience from research and development acitivites in a variety of settings, not least informal settlements in low income countries in several continents. Claudio brings his vast experience and valuable insights into play when discussing the global housing crisis, currently exacerbated due to the covid-19 shutdowns and consequent socio-economic deroutes.
